At IP Printers, we kindly request all customers to carefully select items by reviewing descriptions, prices, quantities, and languages before placing orders to minimize any issues.
We ensure that all books sent are new and in good condition. Each book is individually checked and shrink-wrapped for quality assurance. We take special care in packing your order for safe and timely delivery.
In case of damages such as torn pages, missing text, or binding errors, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving the order. We will either replace the item or, if unavailable, issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to your account.
If books are damaged during transit (e.g., bent corners), inform us within 3 working days. We will arrange for either a replacement or a refund of the product cost (excluding shipping). Items must be returned to qualify for a refund or replacement.
For orders returned due to issues like incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can resend the order if shipping costs are covered or provide a product-only refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
IP Printers will cover return shipping costs for defective items within India, but international return shipping costs are non-refundable.
