Delivery Options Overview

At IP Printers, we ensure smooth and respectful delivery of your orders across India. Our packaging is done with multiple protective layers to maintain the dignity of every product. While international delivery is currently not available, we're working to make it possible in the near future.

1. Place Your Order

Browse your desired product, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

2. Receive Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll get an order confirmation via SMS or email.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

We dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Packaging is done with care to ensure safety and respect.

4. Delivery to Your Doorstep

Orders are delivered in 4–15 days across India via our trusted courier partners through Shiprocket.

Exchange Policy

At IP Printers, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide an exchange if the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Exchange:

To be eligible for an exchange, the following must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be reported with clear images and order details within 3 days.

  • The product must be complete, including all accessories, tags, and documents (if any).

 

❌ Exchange is Not Applicable If:

  • The product is damaged after delivery.

  • The issue is reported after 3 days.

  • The product shows signs of use or tampering.

  • The packaging is missing or broken beyond acceptable handling.

 

Note: IP Printers reserves the right to approve or deny an exchange request based on product condition and authenticity of the claim.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available, but only on select products. You can check availability on the product page at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 4 to 15 working days across India via Shiprocket.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we plan to start soon.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please report it within 3 days of delivery with photos. We offer exchanges only, no returns.

We accept payments through Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
